30 ml Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™
15 ml Olive oil
20 ml Lemon juice
4 Chicken fillets, skinned
½ Cucumber, seeded and sliced
100 g Cherry tomatoes, halved
2 cups Lettuce, shredded
1 medium Red onion, sliced
Combine Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™, olive oil and lemon juice and marinate the chicken for at least one hour. Pan-fry the chicken or use a griddle pan or skillet grill if you prefer the chicken to have sear marks on the outside. Once cooked, cool and slice into pieces and arrange on platter.
Add the cucumber, tomatoes, lettuce and red onion to the platter.
TIP: You can also add avocado, olives, rocket, beetroot or any salad ingredients you desire.
