Ingredients

4 x ¼ Chicken legs
3 Peppers, whole (red, yellow, green)
4 Tbsp Olive oil
4 Garlic cloves
2 red Chillies
1 Tbsp Paprika
1 tsp Cumin
2 Tbsp Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™
½ cup fresh Cream

Method

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Microwave the chicken for 12 minutes. Set aside. Drizzle the peppers with olive oil and grill in the oven until roasted. Blend the peppers, garlic, chillies, paprika, cumin, Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™ and cream together. Do not over-blend – allow for some pepper chunks. Brown the pre-cooked chicken in a pan. Pour in the blended marinade and let it simmer for 6 – 8 minutes on medium heat.
