700 g Beef fillet, cubed
1 Onion, cubed
3 Mixed peppers, cubed
2 Tbsp Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™
4 Tbsp Olive oil
2 Garlic cloves, minced
60 ml Balsamic vinegar
½ cup Plain yoghurt
1 handful Fresh mint, finely chopped
1 handful Fresh parsley, chopped
Boil the wooden skewers in water and set aside. Thread the fillet cubes onto the skewers, alternating cubes with onion pieces and peppers. Season with Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™. Heat half of the olive oil in a pan and fry the beef kebabs, until seared on the outside. Set aside. In a separate pan, heat the remaining olive oil on medium heat, and sauté the garlic.
Add the balsamic vinegar, yoghurt, mint and parsley, and let it simmer for 4 minutes.
Add the kebabs and let them simmer for another 4 minutes.
