15 ml Oil
1 small Onion, chopped
1 cup Peppers, chopped (yellow, red, green)
2 cups cooked Pasta (macaroni, fusilli or penne)
½ cup Tomato paste
170 g Tinned Tuna, drained
15 ml Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™


In a pan, heat the oil and fry the onion and peppers, then add the pasta and tomato paste and mix. Add the tuna and gently combine. Season with Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™.
Let it cook for 2 minutes. Serve warm.
