6 Lamb chops
10 ml Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™
30 ml Soya Sauce
15 ml Honey
15 ml Lemon juice
Salt and pepper
Season the lamb chops with Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™. Flame grill to burn the fat off and put aside. In a saucepan, cook soya sauce, honey and lemon juice for 3-5 minutes or until the sauce thickens.
Add lamb chops and let it simmer for 3 minutes.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
