1 medium Ham
1 Onion, sliced
2 Celery stalks, chopped
½ cup Sugar
½ cup Lemon juice
20 ml Wholegrain Mustard
4 Garlic cloves, crushed
10 ml Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™
Handful fresh ginger, minced
15 ml Cayenne Pepper
Salt and pepper, to taste


Preheat the oven to 180°C. In a deep pot, boil the ham with the onion and celery stalks for 30 to 40 minutes. Place in a pre-greased pan. In a saucepan, add sugar, lemon juice, mustard, garlic, Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™, ginger, cayenne pepper, salt and pepper. Cook on a low heat until the sauce reduces and thickens. Pour over the ham and roast for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
