Ingredients

10 ml Olive oil
3 Garlic cloves, minced
Handful fresh ginger, grated
4 Pork Kassler chops
1 Tbsp Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™
8 Asparagus spears
1 cup fresh Cream
Salt and pepper

Method

Heat the oil on medium heat, add garlic and ginger. Season the chops with Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™, add to the pan and let it cook through. Add asparagus, turning frequently, until cooked. Add cream, salt and pepper.
