1 L Cooking oil
1 cup Flour
1 Tbsp Oreganum
4 Tbsp Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™
4 Hake fillets
2 cups Amasi
1 Lemon, cut into wedges


Heat the oil. Combine the flour, oreganum and Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™ in a wide bowl. Dip the hake in the Amasi and coat with the seasoning mixture. Deep fry the fish until the batter is golden, remove and place on kitchen towel to absorb excess oil.
Add a squeeze of lemon juice when serving.

Tip: Serve with chips seasoned with Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™.
