4 Tbsp Tomato paste
4 Tbsp Honey
6 Tbsp White Rice Vinegar
1 kg Pork, cubes
2 Tbsp Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™
2 Tbsp Oil
1 medium Onion, chopped
1 cup Peppers (red, green, yellow), diced
1 cup boiling water
Sesame seeds for garnishing


Mix tomato paste, honey and white rice vinegar and put aside. Season the pork with Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™. Heat the oil in a frying pan and brown the meat. Add the onion and peppers and fry for 4 minutes. Add the water and let it simmer until water dries out. Stir in the tomato paste mixture and cook for 5-8 minutes. Garnish with sesame seeds and serve hot.
