4 medium Tomatoes
Salt and pepper
½ cup Breadcrumbs
15 ml Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™
1 Garlic clove, minced
¼ cup fresh Basil leaves, finely chopped
5-10 ml freshly ground Black pepper
½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
10 ml Olive oil
Pre-heat the oven to 180°C. Prepare a greased, lined baking tray. Horizontally slice a thin top off the tomatoes and scoop out the pulp and seeds. Season the inside with salt and pepper. In a bowl combine the breadcrumbs, Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™, garlic, basil, pepper, half of the Parmesan and olive oil. Place the tomatoes on the tray and spoon in the filling.
Sprinkle the remaining Parmesan on top and bake for about 30 minutes until tomatoes are cooked through and the tops are golden brown.
