1 kg Pork ribs
½ cup Sugar
½ cup Red Wine Vinegar 
2 Tbsp Mustard Powder
2 Tbsp Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™
1 tsp Paprika


Pre-heat oven to 160°C. In a pot, with a little water, cook ribs for 12 minutes. Place ribs on baking tray. In a pan, add the sugar, vinegar, mustard powder, Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™ and paprika. Let it cook until it becomes thick. Pour sauce over the ribs and place in oven for 20 minutes.
