2 cups Penne pasta, cooked
1 medium Red onion, diced
½ cup Peppers, (green, yellow, red) diced
1 cup Black olives, pitted
1 cup Sundried tomatoes, quartered
40 ml Olive oil
40 ml White balsamic vinegar
5 ml Wholegrain mustard
10 ml Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™
Fresh parsley


In a serving bowl, combine the penne, onion, peppers, olives and sundried tomatoes. In a mixing jug, combine the oil, vinegar, mustard and Seven Colours Grill season™. Pour the dressing over and toss the salad. Garnish with fresh parsley.
