Ingredients

750 g Beef mince
¼ cup Breadcrumbs
1 Red onion, finely chopped
4 Garlic cloves, minced
3 Tbsp Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™
2 Tbsp Ground cumin
3 tsp Coriander, finely chopped
2 Tbsp Olive oil
1 can Diced tomatoes
½ cup Red wine
1 Tbsp Fresh rosemary
1 Tbsp Fresh thyme
Salt and Pepper

Method

In a bowl, combine the mince, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™, cumin and coriander. Using your hand, shape the mixture into round balls. In a pan, heat the oil over medium heat. Cook the meatballs until brown on all sides. Remove the meatballs and put aside. Add tomatoes, wine, rosemary and thyme to the pan. Simmer for 15 minutes. Place the meatballs back in the pan. Season with salt and pepper.

Tip: Serve hot with your choice of pasta.
