60 ml English Mustard
30 ml Wholegrain Mustard
60 ml lemon juice
30 ml Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™

1 Large Leg of Lamb


Preheat the oven to 180°C. In bowl, combine the thyme, rosemany, mint, mustard, lemon juice, Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™, salt and pepper. Marinate the lamb. Place in a pre-greased pan, cover and roast for 1 to 1 ½ hours. Serve with vegetables of your choice, seasoned with Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™.
