Ingredients

800 g Roasting Vegetables, chopped
2 Tbsp Oil
2 Tbsp Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™
3 Eggs
200 ml Milk
100 ml fresh Cream
100 g Feta cheese, crumbled

Method

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Coat the vegetables with oil and season with Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™. Roast for 20 minutes. Whisk together the eggs, milk and cream. Place the vegetables into a greased pie dish. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the vegetables and sprinkle the feta cheese over the top. Bake for ± 35 minutes or until the filling has set. Remove from the oven and leave to stand for ± 15 minutes before slicing.

Tip: Serve with a side salad. Flavour salad dressing with Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™.
