Ingredients – Pizza Base

4 cups Cake / bread flour
1 packet Instant yeast
10 ml Sugar
5 ml Salt
500 ml warm water

Method – Pizza Base

In a bowl, mix flour, yeast, sugar and salt. Pour in the water and mix the dough using your hand. Rest the dough for 30 minutes until the dough is proved or doubled in size. With a rolling pin, flatten the dough and use a knife to shape into a round pizza shape. Set aside.

Ingredients – Pizza Topping

2 Chicken fillets
3 tsp Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™
1 cup Tomato paste
1 Tbsp Dried chilli flakes
1 tsp Oil
1 medium Onion, diced
2 Garlic cloves, crushed
1 tsp Paprika
2 tsp Chicken Garam Masala
1 tsp Cumin
2 cups Mozzarella cheese, grated

Method – Pizza Topping

Preheat the oven to 180°C. In a pot, boil chicken fillets until cooked. Cool, and using two forks, shred the chicken. Season the chicken with Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™, tomato paste and chillies. Set aside. In a saucepan, heat oil, fry onion and garlic, then add paprika, garam masala and cumin.
