500 g Ox / Beef livers
2 Tbsp Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™
2 Tbsp oil
1 large Onion, sliced
1 Garlic clove, minced
2 sprigs fresh Thyme


Season the liver with Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™, set aside. In a pan, heat oil and fry the onion and garlic until soft and transparent. Place the liver and thyme in the pan and fry for 2 minutes on each side.
