6 Chicken pieces
1 cup Buttermilk / Amasi
1 litre Cooking oil
2 cups Flour
2 tsp Oreganum, dried
2 tsp Paprika
2 tsp Garlic powder
1 Tbsp Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™


Marinate the chicken in the buttermilk/Amasi for a couple of hours. Preheat your oil in a deep pot. In a bowl, mix the flour, oreganum, paprika, garlic powder and Seven Colours Grill Seasoning. Evenly coat the chicken pieces in the mixture and shake off excess. When the oil is very hot, deep fry the chicken for about 15 minutes, until golden brown (about 7-8 minutes on each side). Remove from the pot and place on a paper towel to drain off excess oil.
