1 medium Red onion, chopped
3 Garlic cloves, minced
15 ml Mild Curry Powder
10 ml Smoked Paprika
1 kg Chicken gizzards (small cubes)
15 ml Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™ 
3 fresh Red chillies, chopped
1 cup fresh Cream
½ cup Lemon juice


Sauté the onion and garlic. Add the curry powder and paprika, then the gizzards. Stir frequently. Add the Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™ and chillies and keep stirring. Add the fresh cream and lemon juice. Let it simmer for 8/12 minutes. Can be served with garlic bread or mashed potatoes.
TIP: You may replace chicken gizzards with chicken livers.
