500 g Beef, cubed
60 ml Flour
15 ml Oil
1 medium Onion, diced
30 ml Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™
Handful fresh Thyme
1 cube Beef stock
500 ml of boiling water
350 g Mushrooms


Dust the beef cubes with flour. Add oil to a pot on medium to high heat and brown the meat. Add the onion, Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™ and thyme, stir to combine and fry for 1 to 2 minutes. Dissolve the stock in the boiling water and pour into the pot, gently stir. Reduce heat and simmer for 30-40 minutes, then add mushrooms and let it cook for a further 10 minutes.
